I gave this place another try as we wanted something for dessert but wanted to be healthier - very glad I did because we had a great dine in experience! Ordered 2 snow nice and originally protein ice cream on ClassPass but they ran out of the ice cream so they subbed it with the waffle protein instead. Was very happy I got to try the waffle bc it's actually really good! Small place but there are some bar stools and tables for Patrons to eat. Service is also really good and accommodating so that's always a plus! I can't tell that the snow ice has Herbalife protein in it so was impressed! My grandma also liked it as did my husband and they're critical of most foods so I'd say we made a great choice. Also really liked the waffle and made me feel like I didn't fully indulge. I'm definitely going to return for a post gym treat! Love that I'm able to hit my macros with delicious treats!
I was first introduced to this place through ClassPass and I'd say it's definitely a great place to visit after hitting the gym. Although the staff speak very little English, they are friendly and are very welcoming. I like that it's a family business. They do use Herbalife products to make their concoctions and it's honestly very good. Even without ClassPass, the prices for each menu item is fairly reasonable. So far I had the compassion tea (made with aloe Vera), protein iced coffee (I enjoyed it- ratio of coffee to protein is balanced) & my favorite is the protein waffle with 3 toppings. They do have combos which I appreciate. Definitely try for a boost! c:
Ok so first off, this place is the friendliest protein juice spot I've ever visited. I mean they broke down the vast protein options for me. I tried out their passion fruit and mango juice it was better than I expected. They take the customer' s health and fitness goals and mix it into any drink whether it be a smoothie, iced tea or their protein packed desserts. Definitely the place to stop before or after the gym if you happen to be in the downtown flushing area give this spot a try!
WONG NUTRITION !! you guys rock, you guys guys get me right every time with the most nutritional foods and drinks. I feel alive and light when eating your protein oatmeal's, supplies me with life lol. Every drink is beneficial and really gets me going. Stopped by for the soft opening and tried out the protein boba, protein ice cream, waffles & pudding - wow! Everything is fresh and delicious and I love that it's a healthier boba option. They have their grand opening 8/19 so should only get better. Also if you go anytime during the month of august you can try a cup of their protein ice cream free. Very friendly staff.
